Welcome to LearnWithTeens! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, where teens can practice and improve their English speaking skills. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• The platform is available for users aged 12 to 19.
• Users must provide accurate information during registration.
• To become a Coach (mentor), users must apply and pass an online interview.

• Users (Seekers) can book one-on-one sessions with Coaches.
• All lessons on LearnWithTeens are completely free. There are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or payment requirements.
• All communication must be respectful and appropriate.
• Users are prohibited from sharing personal contact details outside the platform.

By using LearnWithTeens, you agree to:

• Respect other users and communicate in a polite manner.
• Avoid sharing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
• Not engage in harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
• Report any violations or suspicious activity to the platform moderators.

• Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Any misuse of personal data will result in account suspension.

• Users can book sessions based on the availability of Coaches.
• Since all lessons are free, users are encouraged to attend their scheduled sessions responsibly.
• Missed sessions may result in temporary suspension from booking new lessons.
• Coaches must maintain their schedules and notify Seekers in case of cancellations.

• All content on the platform (including lessons, materials, and branding) is the property of LearnWithTeens.
• Users may not copy, distribute, or modify platform content without permission.

• LearnWithTeens provides a free educational service but does not guarantee specific learning outcomes.
• We are not responsible for technical issues, interruptions, or any damages resulting from platform use.
• Users are responsible for their own interactions on the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account if a user:

• Violates these Terms.
• Engages in misconduct, harassment, or any prohibited activities.
• Attempts to bypass platform rules or misuses the system.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
